Choose a package for the site you need. We agree on the work before you pay a deposit.
These introductory rates are available for new projects while we add to our portfolio.
All prices are in CAD. Scope is confirmed before work begins. Applicable taxes and third-party fees are confirmed separately.
For paid projects: 50% to begin. 50% after completion.
- Confirm the scope first.
- A 50% deposit starts your project.
- The remaining 50% is due after the agreed work is completed.
Final launch and handoff take place once the final balance is settled. Approved scope changes may affect the final project amount.
Portfolio projects have no deposit or final payment.

You can request a free design mock-up or preview before committing, with no obligation to proceed.
Apply for a Free WebsiteAfter six months, your website stays hosted for free. Further edits are optional and discussed separately. There are no automatic charges or forced subscriptions, including Cura or Custodia.

- Up to 5 pages with custom responsive design
- Desktop and mobile optimization, a contact or quote form and basic on-page SEO
- Initial setup, deployment, SSL and 2 revision rounds
- Free hosting with no preset end date on KorLi's supported hosting setup
- Six months of basic updates, bug fixes and routine maintenance after launch
- Up to 30 minutes per month of small requested content updates during those six months, within the agreed scope
- Website ownership and source-code handoff
