    • • Accepted portfolio projects include free website design, development and initial setup, up to 5 pages and 2 revision rounds. Pages, features, materials, timing and portfolio permissions are agreed before work starts.
    • • A free design mock-up or preview is available before a business commits, with no obligation to proceed. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or require a paid package, consultation or deposit.
    • • Hosting is free with no preset end date for websites compatible with KorLi's supported hosting setup. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting.
    • • Ongoing free hosting depends on the supported platform remaining available and technically suitable. Any necessary future change involves reasonable advance notice and an opportunity for the client to transfer the website. No paid replacement is imposed automatically.
    • • Basic updates, bug fixes and routine maintenance are free for six months after launch. This includes up to 30 minutes per month of small requested content updates within the agreed scope; unused time does not automatically roll over.
    • • Major redesigns, additional pages, new systems and substantial feature requests are not automatically included. Extra work and any price are discussed and approved before work begins.
    • • After six months, hosting remains free. Additional edits are optional and discussed separately. There are no automatic charges or forced subscriptions. Cura and Custodia are optional paid plans; declining or cancelling one does not end this free hosting offer.
    • • Clients retain their existing domains and do not need another domain. Independently billed renewals and optional third-party services are discussed honestly in advance and are not mandatory KorLi purchases.
    • • The client owns the completed website files and source code. A source-code ZIP and basic handoff instructions are provided at completion without a fee or paid-plan requirement. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences; the KorLi-managed hosting account remains under KorLi's control.
    • • Clients can move their websites elsewhere. Receiving the existing files is free. Any additional migration or compatibility work and outside costs are discussed before the client approves them.
    • • Portfolio display, case studies and naming the business as a client are agreed before work starts. Permission to act as a reference is discussed separately.
    • • An honest testimonial would be appreciated after completion, whether positive or negative. Providing a testimonial is optional and is not a condition of free hosting or handoff.

    Privacy

    • KorLi may collect names, business names, contact details, website URLs, project details, quiz answers, and form submissions needed to respond, scope work, build websites, provide support, and improve services.
    • KorLi does not sell personal information.
    • Information may be processed through relevant hosting, form, email, scheduling, analytics, CRM, project, and payment platforms.
    • Do not send passwords or sensitive access credentials through ordinary forms or chatbot messages. Secure access-transfer steps are arranged directly when required.
    • No website, email system, or online platform can guarantee perfect security, but KorLi takes reasonable steps to protect information.
    • Reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

    Service terms

    • Package descriptions and prices are starting scopes. KorLi confirms the project scope before accepting a deposit.
    • KorLi does not guarantee revenue, traffic, search rankings, lead volume, sales, conversion rates, or other business outcomes.
    • Third-party platforms remain subject to their own availability, policies, licences, and fees.
    • Clients must have the right to use materials they supply and must approve final content before launch.
    • KorLi may decline work that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, harmful, or not realistically implementable.
    • Completed work may be shown in KorLi’s portfolio unless another written arrangement applies.
